Once your visa is approved, share your flight tickets. We arrange your itinerary, accommodation bookings, and local logistics.
5. Arrival in India
This is where we take over completely. Our representative greets you at the airport and drives you to your hotel or hospital.
6. Treatment & Recovery
Admission, surgery, and post-op care. We ensure all your needs—including special dietary food—are met during your stay.
7. Safe Return
After a final check-up and "Fit to Fly" certificate, we drop you back at the airport for your journey home.

Process FAQs
Do you provide the Medical Visa?
No, we do not issue visas directly. However, we provide the Medical Invitation Letter from the hospital, which is the mandatory document you need to apply for a Medical Visa at the Indian embassy in your country.
How long does the process take?
Once you send your reports, we usually provide a quote within 24 hours. The Visa Invitation Letter is issued within 1-2 days of passport submission. The rest depends on your local embassy's visa processing time.
Is food included for my attendant?
Yes, our packages are comprehensive. We can arrange accommodation and meals for both the patient and one attendant accompanying them.
