1. Service Scope

Hanexa Health Hub acts solely as a medical tourism facilitator. Our role is to connect international patients with healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, and doctors) in India. We assist with logistics such as:

• Obtaining quotes and treatment plans from hospitals.
• Providing Visa Invitation Letters.
• Arranging accommodation, airport transfers, and local travel.

Important Note: We are not a medical provider. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any medical decisions should be made in consultation with your chosen doctor.

2. Medical Treatment & Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The contract for medical treatment is directly between you (the patient) and the hospital/doctor.
• Hanexa Health Hub is not liable for any medical negligence, malpractice, treatment outcomes, or complications arising from procedures performed by the healthcare providers.
• All medical decisions, including the choice of hospital and doctor, are ultimately yours.

3. Cost Estimates & Payments

The cost estimates provided are indicative and based on the medical reports you submit. The final cost may vary depending on:

• Additional tests required upon arrival.
• Unforeseen complications during treatment.
• Changes in room category or extended hospital stay.

Payments for medical treatment must be made directly to the hospital. Hanexa Health Hub does not collect payments for medical procedures unless explicitly stated as part of a logistical package.

4. Visa & Travel

While we assist with the Visa Invitation Letter, the granting of a Medical Visa is the sole prerogative of the Indian Embassy/High Commission in your country. Hanexa Health Hub is not responsible for visa rejections or travel delays.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies for medical procedures are governed by the respective hospital's policy. For logistical services (hotels, transport) booked through us, refunds are subject to the terms of the third-party service providers.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, India.

7. Changes to Terms

Hanexa Health Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
